Who is responsible for your information?

What information might we receive?
If you make an enquiry, you may choose to share your name, contact details, a student's age, preferred class time and anything else relevant to finding an appropriate class. Please avoid sending sensitive information unless it is genuinely needed for us to support the student safely.
How is it used?
Enquiry information is used to respond to you, recommend a class, arrange a trial or booking and provide information about academy services. It is not sold to other organisations.
How the enquiry form works
The website form sends your enquiry to the academy by email using FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service. FormSubmit processes the information to deliver the enquiry and retains submissions for up to 30 days. You can read the FormSubmit privacy information.
Email, phone and other services
Messages sent by email, phone, WhatsApp, Facebook or another service are also handled by that provider. Links to the syllabus, store, social media and maps take you to external services with their own privacy settings and terms.
Storage and retention
The academy keeps contact and membership information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, service, safeguarding, administrative or legal purpose for which it was collected. Reasonable steps are taken to keep it secure.
Cookies and tracking
The academy does not add advertising or visitor analytics tracking to this website. The website platform or linked external services may use essential technical storage to operate their service.
Your questions and choices
